Submission Checklist
Please include the following.
Make certain every form is complete and legible, with all required signatures, initials, and dates in place.
Earnest money deposit
A copy of the earnest money deposit, when applicable.
Financing or proof of funds
A current buyer prequalification, preapproval, or DU letter from the lender—or a current statement showing proof of funds for a cash offer.
Corporate entity documents
A copy of the Articles when the buyer is a corporate entity.
Protect Your Client
Remove personal information before uploading.
For security, make sure your client's personal information is not visible in the documents being submitted. Confirm that all names match throughout the offer package.
